I can only echo what other people have said here about the fabulous service. I sent my GHDs to Ross on Thursday and they were back with me in Wellington by Tuesday, even with Auckland in lockdown. My GHDs were returned to me in ship shape condition, looking like new, and neatly packaged in a heatproof bag. Couldn't be happier with the service - my GHDs are like new again. Thanks so much Ross - I'll highly recommend you to everyone.

My beloved GHDs broke on Monday the 16th of December, and I was going away for two weeks on the 21st.

I courierered the straighteners from Wellington to RNR in Auckland the morning of the 16th and had them back by Wednesday afternoon, repaired, cleaned and in a heat proof bag.

I was delighted and couldn’t recommend RNR enough! Ross is incredibly responsive to email, so highly rate customer device as well.
