Excellent and fast service! I dropped off my GHD gold max which completely stopped functioning after 3 years of use on Friday evening, and was ready on Monday morning working good as new with a heat protective bag. I saved $320 having to buy a brand new one all thanks to Ross! I would definitely recommend, thank you once again! :) |

Thank you do much! What an amazing service. I sent my daughter's GHDs on Thursday and got an email from RNR on Friday morning saying they had been repaired and were being sent back. Return presentation was fantastic, and included a storage bag. |

I can only echo what other people have said here about the fabulous service. I sent my GHDs to Ross on Thursday and they were back with me in Wellington by Tuesday, even with Auckland in lockdown. My GHDs were returned to me in ship shape condition, looking like new, and neatly packaged in a heatproof bag. Couldn't be happier with the service - my GHDs are like new again. Thanks so much Ross - I'll highly recommend you to everyone. |

I can only add to the other glowing recommendations from Ross' other customers. I sent my GHD's to him on Thursday and they are back with me today, Tuesday - shiny new and in a fabulous heat-proof bag. And this while Auckland was in Alert L3! What an amazing service. If you want to save yourself some money and extend the life of your GHDs, then spend your money with Ross - you won't regret it. Highly recommend! Thanks Ross! |
