I am so glad I bumped into this repair service through a good old Google search! I was fully expecting I'd have to buy another pair of straighteners but $75 later mine are back as good as new (and a lot cleaner than they were when I sent them in!!). I can highly recommend the service - very quick turnaround despite it being a public holiday when I sent them off. Thank you very much.

Beyond amazing service! I had the courier pick up my broken straightener Tuesday afternoon from Taranaki, I had an email on Wednesday saying the problem was fixed and the straightener was back on board with the courier and delivered Thursday. Just like that, at such a cheap price I have a working cloud 9 again! Thank you so much

Such an amazing service. I sent my cloud 9 wide plate straighteners from Tauranga on Monday morning to Ross and they were back first thing Wednesday morning, looking and working like brand new again.
