Legendary service!! I mailed my cloud 9 wide straightener in on Wednesday and had it back home by Friday fully functioning like new :) super fast service and great communication, would absolutely recommend!!

I am so glad I bumped into this repair service through a good old Google search! I was fully expecting I'd have to buy another pair of straighteners but $75 later mine are back as good as new (and a lot cleaner than they were when I sent them in!!). Beyond amazing service! I had the courier pick up my broken straightener Tuesday afternoon from Taranaki, I had an email on Wednesday saying the problem was fixed and the straightener was back on board with the courier and delivered Thursday.
