My GHD had been sitting in my draw unusable for months as the plates stopped heating up. Stumbled across this service via trade me, Dropped it off in the morning and picked it up same day before midday. Extremely fast service and got a free carry case with it. A hell of alot cheaper than getting a replacement! Will be telling others about this. Thanks Ross

Wish I knew about this service 2 years ago when I broke my first GHD - would've just repaired in instead of buying a replacement. Replacement broke too and sent both away to be fixed and arrived a few days later in working condition - both with a new case too!
