I can not recommend RNR repairs highly enough!! Such great service from Ross who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He was able to repair my broken Cloud 9's within a few days (I sent the straighteners on Monday and received them on Wednesday even though I needed a replacement arm for my wide irons). Such an affordable price as well (I was going to spend $175 to send it back to the manufacturers in the UK but this service only cost me $95) Thank you so much!!!

My GHD had been sitting in my draw unusable for months as the plates stopped heating up. Stumbled across this service via trade me, Dropped it off in the morning and picked it up same day before midday. Extremely fast service and got a free carry case with it. Wish I knew about this service 2 years ago when I broke my first GHD - would've just repaired in instead of buying a replacement. Replacement broke too and sent both away to be fixed and arrived a few days later in working condition - both with a new case too!
