Thank you so much for the indeed extraordinary service; you absolutely have given this much mis-used word its true meaning!

I am very happy I've used your service, certainly in the knowledge that the discovered fault could have been very dangerous.
First I thought it was a little bit of a detour sending the straightener to NZ, but reading some customer feedback about Aussie repairers and your pleasant way of communicating, I am delighted we made the right and very cost efficient choice.

I can not recommend RNR repairs highly enough!! Such great service from Ross who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He was able to repair my broken Cloud 9's within a few days (I sent the straighteners on Monday and received them on Wednesday even though I needed a replacement arm for my wide irons). Such an affordable price as well (I was going to spend $175 to send it back to the manufacturers in the UK but this service only cost me $95) Thank you so much!!!
