Wow, extraordinary service! So easy to place an order, incredibly fast turnaround and excellent, clear communication throughout - this has to be the easiest, most efficient, fastest repair I have ever had done. I got the straightners back the day after they would have been recieved, in perfect working order, with an explanation of what had been done, cleaned, well packaged and with a pouch / heat mat. Broken GHD's for about 18 months, found this site , GHD's sent Saturday, received an email on Tues morning saying they had been repaired and would be in the afternoon post , got them back to Kapiti Coast Wed afternoon, excellent super fast service, great communication, a fraction of the cost of a new pair. I would have no hesitations using/recommending RNR repairs. Thank you so much
