When I found this site I was over the moon. Coming from Scotland last year where I was used to sending the GHDs back in the box to GHD to be repaired or replaced, I was terrified I would have to spend a fortune for a new pair. I was also dubious as to how great all the reviews were... surely this service can’t be THAT good.
Anyway with hair like a burst mattress I bit the bullet and sent them off on the Tuesday afternoon. One day later I had an email to say they were received and the elements, thermistor, PCB AND cable had been replaced and they were now working as new and on their way back out to me.. wow! Its Thursday morning and they bet me to work, working perfectly, complete with a lovely heat protection bag. So yes, this service IS as great as the reviews say, and then some!! I can’t recommend this enough to people and in fact I have shared it in the forums I am on for other expats in New Zealand and various other Facebook groups. Highly, highly recommend!! Thank you so much!!

I was travelling around NZ when my ghds blew in one of the hostels in Wellington, unsure what to do as I was never staying in one place for long and leaving the country for my next destination in just over a week - I found RNR repairs online. Ross had them fixed up and forwarded onto my next hostel in Auckland for me to meet within a couple of days! Amazing communication and service, thank you so much!!!

Great service - not only are they fixed and with a quick turn around but he also sorted out re-delivery when they got sent to the wrong address first time around! Also changed my UK plug for an NZ one for no extra charge... would definitely recommend and use again if needed.

Amazing service. Sent my GHD's away on Tuesday, received by RNR-Repair on Wednesday, repaired, tested, sent back to me and I received them on Friday. Definitely recommend RNR-Repair to anybody who needs their GHD's repaired. Wish I had found this company earlier - 10/10 - thanks Ross!
