I sent my original GHD3 and got it back smartly after a few days including a weekend in the middle. It works perfectly now and money well spent on the repairs. Great job highly recommend. |

An exceptional customer experience. From the website which was clear and easy to follow, the emails confirming what was happening, through to the delivery of the repaired GHD's. I packed them up and dropped them at the NZ Post Agent on Wednesday around midday. They told me the courier would pick them up around 4.30 that day from Palmerston North. Less than 48 hours from when I dropped them off, I have them back, repaired and fully operational - better than new. Unbelievable!! I would unequivocally recommend this company. |

Excellent Service, this is the second time I have used RnR for my GHD repairs and have had them back with in 3-4 days!! And find the price is well worth it, rather than $300 on a new pair!! |
