An exceptional customer experience. From the website which was clear and easy to follow, the emails confirming what was happening, through to the delivery of the repaired GHD's. I packed them up and dropped them at the NZ Post Agent on Wednesday around midday. They told me the courier would pick them up around 4.30 that day from Palmerston North. Less than 48 hours from when I dropped them off, I have them back, repaired and fully operational - better than new. Unbelievable!! I would unequivocally recommend this company. |

Excellent Service, this is the second time I have used RnR for my GHD repairs and have had them back with in 3-4 days!! And find the price is well worth it, rather than $300 on a new pair!! |

When I found this site I was over the moon. Coming from Scotland last year where I was used to sending the GHDs back in the box to GHD to be repaired or replaced, I was terrified I would have to spend a fortune for a new pair. I was also dubious as to how great all the reviews were... surely this service can’t be THAT good. |

I was travelling around NZ when my ghds blew in one of the hostels in Wellington, unsure what to do as I was never staying in one place for long and leaving the country for my next destination in just over a week - I found RNR repairs online. Ross had them fixed up and forwarded onto my next hostel in Auckland for me to meet within a couple of days! Amazing communication and service, thank you so much!!! |
