WOW! I was resigned to throwing my GHDs out after I was unable to repair them myself with a part purchased from RnR. As a final attempt, I contacted Ross with my problem and he told me to send them to him and he'd sort it. And he did! I posted them on Tuesday lunchtime and had them back, fully working, on Thursday morning. He'd packaged them up beautifully and provided a heatproof storage bag too - just amazing!! I've had my GHD mark 3's for about 10 years and am attached to them - just don't make them like they used to; so I'm super happy that I have them back, fully functional. Ross was great to deal with, efficient, honest and obviously very, very good at what he does. Don't hesitate, get them fixed, it's worth it and the reviews are all true! :) Thanks Ross and RnR!

What fantastic service in fact prob the best I have had from a service point of view. My GHD's were fixed the day they were received and back in the post so I got the very next day. They are working very well. Would definitely recommend Ross and would use him again.

I am truly utterly gobsmacked to be honest. My daughter sent my GHD to RNR on my behalf as I am overseas..she sent it 2 days ago, and it is already back in her possession and working, SERIOUSLY!! Wow, wow, wow!!!! And a fabulous new heatproof case to boot! Better than GHD can ever do. My GHD was 7 years old, I bought a replacement anyway but wanted to have a spare in future. For $75 you really can't lose. Highly recommend and will keep these guys on my go-to list forever haha! Thank you RNR!

I sent my original GHD3 and got it back smartly after a few days including a weekend in the middle. It works perfectly now and money well spent on the repairs. Great job highly recommend.
