Absolutely brillant service! My daughter's Cloud 9 was returned back fast and looking brand new. Highly recommend using RNR for repairs.

Literally hands down one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had!. Sent my dead GHDs on the Wednesday and received back on the Thursday and were working as if brand new! They even replaced my UK plug adaptor for a NZ one for free and return it in great packaging and even a heat proof case. I was originally sceptical to send my GHDs in - but definitely no regrets!! Excellent value for $75 and would definitely recommend/use this service again. Thanks Ross!

The service as outstanding, I would highly recommend RNR-Repair. I sent my GHD in on Monday and received an email on Tuesdsay to advise that it had been repaired and was in the courier and recived them back on Wednesday morning.

Can't recommend highly enough, sent Cloud 9 on Tuesday night and got them back Thursday!! They were sent back in a fantastic heat proof case all fixed and with a helpful information sheet. Thank you for your amazing service!
