Literally hands down one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had!. Sent my dead GHDs on the Wednesday and received back on the Thursday and were working as if brand new! They even replaced my UK plug adaptor for a NZ one for free and return it in great packaging and even a heat proof case. I was originally sceptical to send my GHDs in - but definitely no regrets!! Excellent value for $75 and would definitely recommend/use this service again. Thanks Ross! |
