Wow!! Posted my GHDs on Tuesday morning, Wednesday at 12.39pm I get an email stating that have been fixed and are on their way back to me! Impressive service

Extremely prompt, a man of his word. Ross communicated with me the entire time there were delays due to the courier company. Such a fantastic job, very profession and immediate response to messages. Wow!! Amazing! I sent my cloud 9 wide plates off on Tuesday, they are fixed and back to me by Thursday.

Amazing service I sent my straighteners to rnr repair on Friday from Gisborne and recieved them back Tuesday. I didn't know about this service and had spent money on cheaper straighteners. I am so grateful to have my cloud 9's back in working order.
